Morning-lunch
Each child brings his own morning-lunch. A balanced meal in the forest
consists of bread or cracker, maybe some cheese, fruits or vegetables
depending on the season and dried fruit.
Season specials:
fresh fruit has refrigerant impact. In winter therefore dried fruit and
carrots are more suitable.
Lunch
When interested the children may help with the cleaning of the
vegetables, preparing and cooking it. The meal is prepared from high
quality, seasonal ingredients and is accommodated to the weather.
Beverages
Each child brings his own drinking bottle. Ideal beverages for the
forest are water or tea. At low temperatures we recommend warm
beverages.
