morning-lunch
The parents prepare the morning-lunch for the whole group alternately.
A balanced meal in the forest consists of bread or cracker, maybe some
cheese, fruits or vegetables depending on the season and dried fruit.
We prefer a high quality, seasonal nutrition.
Season specials:
fresh fruit has refrigerant impact. In winter therefore dried fruit and
carrots are more suitable.
Beverages
Each child brings his own drinking bottle. Ideal beverages for the
forest are water or tea. At low temperatures we recommend warm
beverages.
